Upcoming events
- This is a 7-day, 6-night immersive intensive to address multiple aspects of healing from betrayal trauma. Click here for more information on this event.
EMDR
EMDR is a specialized, evidence-based psychotherapy that utilizes bilateral stimulation to help your brain reprocess traumatic memories that have become neurobiologically ‘stuck.’ By facilitating the brain’s natural ability to integrate distressing experiences, this approach helps you move from a state of hypervigilance and emotional overwhelm toward a sense of calm and psychological integration.
KAP
Our ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) services provide a powerful pathway for those seeking to move through long-standing psychological barriers and difficult emotions. This approach facilitates the emotional breakthroughs and new perspectives needed to move from stagnation toward lasting healing, whether you are navigating trauma or exploring your true self.
IFS
If you often feel at odds with yourself or driven by reactive emotions, Internal Family Systems (IFS) offers a transformative way to resolve internal fragmentation. This approach helps you move from a state of being overwhelmed by your ‘parts’ toward a position of calm, curious leadership. By unburdening the parts of you that carry shame or fear, we facilitate a deeper sense of internal peace and emotional stability.
Adult Survivors
If you find yourself navigating the long-term effects of childhood abuse or neglect—such as difficulty with trust, emotional dysregulation, or a persistent sense of being ‘stuck’—our specialized trauma care offers a transformative way to heal. This approach helps you move from a state of survival-based reactivity toward a life of emotional safety, self-integration, and authentic connection.
Sex Addiction Treatment
Our practice offers a specialized, multi-phase recovery model for individuals navigating sexual addiction. By focusing on the neurobiological and emotional roots of the addiction, we help you move from the cycle of crisis and shame toward a disciplined practice of accountability, healthy coping, and sustainable recovery.
Betrayal Trauma Treatment
Healing begins by validating the physiological reality of the trauma and establishing immediate safety through emotional regulation, self-care, and the implementation of protective boundaries. As you stabilize, the focus of our work shifts toward rebuilding self-trust and intuition, ultimately empowering you to make an informed evaluation of the relationship’s long-term viability.
Services Provided
Individual Therapy
When deep-seated trauma leaves you neurobiologically stuck in cycles of hypervigilance and emotional overwhelm, traditional talk therapy often fails to reach the root of the distress. We facilitate intensive, research-backed interventions—including EMDR, KAP, and IFS—to help you move from survival-based reactivity toward profound psychological integration and lasting stability
Couple's Therapy
Our practice provides couples with the evidence-based tools of the Gottman Method to navigate conflict and deepen their emotional connection. We work with partners to replace negative communication cycles with healthy engagement, helping you build a foundation of trust and mutual respect.
Group Therapy
I offer targeted group modalities at varying intervals, designed to move you from survival-based reactivity toward lasting stability:
- Partners of Sex Addicts: Navigating the profound attachment wounds and emotional dysregulation caused by betrayal trauma.
- KAP-Informed Groups: Utilizing neuroplasticity-focused frameworks to help you move through deep-seated,
“stuck
psychological states.

Testimonials
“It’s completely changed my life for the better. I don’t think you’ll ever understand how many times you’ve pulled me from the brink, given me helpful knowledge, and just generally gave me perspective that I never would have come to on my own. I’m forever grateful.”
“Before working with Kim I was really socially anxious and extremely sad, she helped me to work through the causes of what led me to that place and I’ve been able to enjoy life a lot more. I am extremely grateful that I get to work with this therapist.”
“She has been one of the best therapists I’ve ever had. I feel like I have grown tremendously since working with her. I know that if I meet with her I’ll eventually feel more peaceful, calm and confident in my decisions.”
